No wifi0 interface after upgrade to SLED 11.0

Hello-

I was using kismet on my SLED 10.1 machine and it was working fine. I
upgraded to SLED 11.0 and now I cannot get kismet to work. Before the
upgrade I had a wifi0 interface to specify as a source for Kismet; now I
have wlan0 and wlan1, but no wifix.

I installed a snapshot (madwifi-trunk-r4128-20100325) as well as an rpm for
OpenSuSE (madwifi-0.9.4-1.i586.rpm).

Here are some results of commands I think are relevant:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have looked around online and have
not been able to resolve this. It is also weird that it would work just fine
under SLED10.1 and not under SLED11.0.
