Hi all,
I'm trying to configure my wireless card AR5418 as AP mode in Ubuntu 10.10. I have compiled Madwifi and installed the modules successfully, and it works well in managed mode. But when I tried to add and configure an interface in master mode by wlanconfig, it can not be found by other devices.
My configurations:
Ubuntu 10.10 with Linux 2.6.35-22 i686
Chipset of wireless card: AR5418 (Mini-PCI-E)
An ethernet card: eth2
Madwifi: madwifi-trunk-r4132-20101222

I don't know why the value of "Rx invalid nwid" is increasing all the time.

I did not add options in /etc/modprobe.d/madwifi and /etc/network/interfaces.
Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks in advance.
