Hello, I am getting a similar error to that reported by Esteves in the thread, Dell Latitude D600: error installing hsfmodem_6.03.00lnxt04082400full_i386.deb but I am using hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt04111500full_k2.6.9_1.678_FC3-1fdr.i686.rpm, can't find where ALSF is taking control in dmesg, and getting: ERROR: no device detected by hsf driver error: %post(hsfmodem-6.03.00lnxt04111500full_k2.6.9_1.678_FC3-1fdr.i686) scriptlet failed, exit status 1 I have Fedora Core 3 installed with the latest kernel update. I got similar results with Fedora Core 3 with the original kernel combination. Your HSF drivers worked fine for Fedora Core 2 on the same machine. I have attached the output from `hsfconfig --dumpdiag` Thanks, -- Bil Kleb _______________________________________________ hsflinux mailing list [email protected] https://www.linuxant.com/mailman/listinfo/hsflinux
