Hi, to know if you modem is supported, you will need to compare it's PCI ID with the list of supported PCI IDs by our drivers at: HCF PCI: http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hcf/index.php HSF: http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/index.php You can obtain the PCI ID of your modem with the 'lspci' command in a root shell. For the installation problem, please send at [email protected] all the information you obtain on your screen then you attempt to install the package. This information will help us figure out the source of the problem.
