Yep, that fixed the patcher problems.  However, the pm_register and
pm_unregister error messages still occur in dmesg.  I tried applying
both patches.  The class_device_parent patch applied cleanly, but the
power managment didn't apply cleanly.  It failed on modules/Makefile.

Any suggestions how to get the unresolved symbols cleared up?
