Compilation fixes for version 7.43.00.01 of the driver with the suspend2 patch

Hi,

a patch is now available for the compilation problem with the suspend2 
patch and the latest version of the HSF modem driver (7.43.00.01). The 
patch can be applied with the 'hsfconfig --patch' command in a root 
shell. This patch will most likely be included to the next release of 
the driver.
