Hi, the email was not replied since you have sent it on a holiday (Easter) and the support dept. was closed. With the information you have sent us, we can't find the exact source of the problem. Could you send to [email protected] output of 'dumpdiag' please? Type the following in a root shell: --- hsfconfig --dumpdiag --- Just send us the generated file located in /tmp ('hsfdiag.txt'). It'll help us solve the problem.
