Hi, support for Conexant HDA (HDAUDIO) modems currently requires a 2.6.16 or 2.6.17 kernel. In the dump you have provided, we can see that you are using a 2.6.11 kernel. You could update to SuSE 10.1 which provides a 2.6.16 kernel. Alternatively, you could use a generic 2.6.16 or 2.6.17 kernel available from http://www.kernel.org.
