eth1: mgmt response not collected

Hi,

I am receiving "eth1: mgmt response not collected" message using
prism54-cvs20040318.  I can successfully use the wireless tools
(iwconfig, iwlist, etc.) with this package but I can't ping anyone on
the network I'm connected to.  What could probably be the cause of this
problem?
