REF: not able to load firmware & insmod prism54 fails

Hello ,

  I am facing the problem, which are already been posted before by 
others. but i see no reply so posting it once again.

I have gone through all  things required and verified them, still dmesg 
outputs. i request to those u could solve these problems to kindly let 
me know.

1.  unable to load prism54.o  , no such device.

2.   failed to load firmware. request_firmware fails.
