Kernel crashes with cbq ( qos ) compiled in it.

my prism54 card is crashing when I compile cbq in the kernel, another nic
is working perfectly with the same kernel when the prism54-card is
removed, I am using kernel 2.6.4 it gives a screendump

I tried severalsystems with the same results, the kernel crashes saying
something about prism54.

hope somebody can help me, I am really puzzled
