Looking for Linux driver for QuickCam Messenger V-UM14 usb camera on Ubuntu 20.04

Hi qc-usb driver team,

I have a very old usb camera from Logitech (V-VM14) and want to use it on
the latest Ubuntu desktop release 20.04. The kernel version is
5.4.0-29-generic. I'm wondering if I'm able to use the qc-usb-0.6.6 driver
mentioned in http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/, which was released in 2006
