My problem is that I can ping some local address (an intranet address), 
but can't ping external IPs, the first time I can, but then I can't 
access nothing... It is not a problem with the cable... It's not a 
problem with resolv.conf too :) I using proxy, and the first site I 
could access.

I have the same trouble with the encore card, I resolved passing a "full 
duplex" as argument, but I don't know how to pass this argument to the 
realtek card...
