RealTek (HNE-300) card under Gentoo Linux (Kernel 2.6

I am looking to get a 8139too driver for my Laptop running Gentoo 2004.1 
but I noticed that there isn't a driver in my pcmcia directory...

Is there a compatible driver and directions on downloading and installing 
one?
