OK, this I can work with.
The first transceiver is reporting no link beat.
The rest are report valid link beat.

Does the board claim to support HomePNA "HPNA"?  (Some ADMtek chips do.)

What does 'tulip-diag -aaemmf' report after trying to send a few packets
with this driver?

This usually means that the chip has the wrong transceiver selected.
