sitecom ethernet does not function

Hello, could somebody help me with an install of my ethernet-card.
I have some problems installing my Sitecom ethernet-card under Linux. It 
works fine under Windows (it is sending this mail okay ;-} ), so it 
can't be the card itself.

card:
Sitecom PCI Fast 10/100 Ethernetcard Adapter LN-020
A tulip-driver should be used for this, it was already installed on the 
computer in:
/lib/modules/2.4.4-4GB/kernel/drivers/tulip.o

I did /sbin/depmod -a and altered the conf.modules (alias eth0 tulip ; 
options tulip etc.) as mentioned in the installation guide.

A grep from boot.msg shows this:

Okay, maybe this file is too old (?) .I tried to make the tulip.c again 
but this failed because it included "/linux" h-files which is not 
allowed. I don't know how to overcome this problem thus left it at this.

I did make tulip-diag and run the program and the following output was 
generated. I don't know how to interpret this but maybe somebody can:
