I had similar problems with a D-Link DFE 570TX. My problem was solved=20
connecting the board do a different switch.

The reason for this strange solution is that the DFE 570TX can't be=20
connected to a trunking port. I'm not absolutely sure about what is this=20
- trunking port - but I believe it's some kind of=20
several-ports-treated-as-a-single-bigger-one feature.

Try connecting the board to a simple hub. It might give you a clue if=20
this info is related to your problem.
