Yes, Ben You have right, Tulip needs to be patch for kernel 2.6.11,
Spend this night to implement a patch from kernel tree 2.4.x, and
it work very well in 2.6.11-rc4-bk11.

Thanks a lot for your help Ben to point out that.

Do you know way other patches I found not being accepted for include
in kernel ?
