Wondering if I should expect trouble with Fedora Core initializing my 3C900 TPO adapter. System is running fine with Windows 2000, but I'd like to get moved over to Linux. All installed fine. During boot, the adapter appears to install successfully (i.e. the 3c59x module), but it never receives an IP address (via DHCP). I don't have the specific errors with me (didn't take time to write them down last night), but those being reported were not the common ones discussed on the http://www.scyld.com/networking/vortex page. Mostly just wondering if I should expect to make adjustments to an out-of-the-box (or would that be just-off-the-web) install of Fedora, or if I have deeper troubleshooting to do. Thanks, Mitch _______________________________________________ vortex mailing list [email protected] http://www.scyld.com/mailman/listinfo/vortex
