Which for the moment will be limited to  questions:
- what card type are you using?
- what symtoms to you see?
- how do you configure them?
- what have you already tried?
- have you verified that the cables work correctly in between other systems?
- are you using own made cables or bought cables?
- Are you connecting to your internal network via a swtich or hub?
