Apart from the checksum at 0x20, the only changes are at:
- 0x09: 0000 -> 0001	: this bit is not documented
- 0x0d: 8020 -> 0020	: clear the "Full Duplex" bit

It seems strange to disable full-duplex (from what I understand from the 
docs it's not "force", but "should be configured") in order to get access 
to autonegotiation which might negotiate full-duplex...
