Nope.  No JTAG connector.  There is serial, but you need a level shifter.

I've got an 1184 here.  How do I get the FCC ID?  Let me know and I'll dig 
it out.  I would *love* to get these Dell puppies running a real Linux 
distro.

It is likely that there are many brands powered by the same board from the 
same manufacturer.  We found three companies (all in Korea or Taiwan) that 
are the likely producers (in collaboration) of these devices.  The version 
of Linux that comes with them is known as vLinux.  Source is not [urrhg]
available, but we believe it to be based on uCLinux.
