On the pic of the Trilug guy, it seems that there's no jtag, but on the
document of the FCC, there is. Gemtek has submitted a new model at FCC
in september, I don't know if Dell has changed their models or not.

The FCC-ID is normaly written at the back, next to the FCC logo or
something...
