  Based in Korea, it appears.  They seem to be the ones behind the board 
  design.

On Software International: www.onlinux.com.tw
  Based in Taiwan, these folks seem to be the producers of vLinux.

My guess is that Gemtek is working with these companies to produce the 
actual products.
