Hi!
I solved it with the following procedure:
Get the 0.2.2 sources, do
make -C util
make -C firmware
cp -i firmware/orinoco_ezsub_fw /usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/orinoco_ezusb_fw

after that, the card worked for me on my system (Debian unstable).
Maybe someone could this in a readme for cvs-releases?
