Problem with mkfs on enbd

Hello,

I recently tried to make a quite standard enbd setup work looking like:

# cat /proc/mdstat 
Personalities : [raid1] 
read_ahead 1024 sectors
md0 : active raid1 nda[0] ndb[1]
      143596864 blocks [2/2] [UU]
      
unused devices: <none>

After successful mkreiserfs /dev/md0 the device does not mount. It seems not to
contain a valid reiserfs.
As this is not the first time I use enbd I should have made no trivial mistake.
Is there some known problem with devices of that size (>128GB) ?
