I don't know of any and cannot think of a reason why that should be a
difficulty. 

What enbd? Version, I mean.

Try running enbd-test -s some_numberG /dev/nda, then /dev/ndb, then
/dev/md0, etc.

(this test is destructive - it writes then reads).
