unable to activate evms volume

Hi ,
       I have created lvm2 container, region, and a volume and saved the
changes. But when I tried to activate the volume , it is reporting an error
saying "invalid argument". I have loaded evmsgui with "-d debug" option. The
log file is attached here with. Can you let me know the solution. I am stuck
here and need to resolve this issue. Can you let me know what I need to do.

evms version:
evms-2.5.5-24.32
