Urgent : Facing problem in RAID syncing

Hi ,

I have tried to create a RAID Set 5 with 3 hard drive
with the capactiy of 250 GB each. The RAID Set have 
created successfully, but the RAID Set is not coming
in the syncing state, It is showing as Discover state
immedately. 

My configuration
     
    x86_64 bit Linux 2.6.20.11 with evms 2.5.5.

Please help me  ASAP .
