EVMS newbie, help me!!

Ok,

So we had a system yesterday that was rebooted (on purpose), but the kernel
was panicing with lots or errors. I booted into a liveCD and found that the
only volume that was listed in /dev/evms was 'boot'.

root@rap:~#

I then found a '.nodes' directory that had all the other volumes listed
under lvm and lvm2 that we need. I was able to modify the /etc/fstab and
reference these directories as: /dev/evms/.nodes/lvm/container0/var for
instance and once I had done that for all but the 'boot' volume, the system
came up with out an issue.

What happened to the other /dev/evms devices? How can I get them back w/o
destroying any data? Below is the text of some evms_query commands:
