IBM has taken all resources from the project, which has sort of killed it.
Some of the people who used to work on it are still active on their own spare
time, but it's naturally not going to be anywhere near as active as what it
was unless someone steps up.

I'd guess the only thing you have is the standard Linux tools (LVM2, mkfs,
resize2fs, etc.), many of which are already used by EVMS behind-the-scenes.
