Initial Comment:
What: Progress indicator for mke2fs
Why:  It seems like the screen freezes when
      saving large disk.

Prob: It should not be very hard to get
      the progress from mke2fs, which has
      a progress sector indicator anyway.
      like (sec/totalsec)
