matroxfb, 2.6 and 2.4

hi, i've troubles with matroxfb and kernel 2.6.7 when starting x. it sometimes freezes my keyboard and the screen. i've already read about similar problems, and that matroxfb maintainer provides backports for 2.6 kernels to 2.4 matroxfb. the problem is, that there are three patches for 2.6.7 available: matroxfb-2.6.7-c1784 matroxfb-2.6.7-c1811 matroxfb-2.6.7-c1849 which one is the correct one for my environment? i have 2.6.7 on a debian/linux i386 port, my hardware is a amd athlon64 with 512MB ram and matrox G400 dual head. can you give me any further links, docs or hints? bye jonas ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by OSTG.
