I know of none. Porting that Perl library to SUSE (and ultimately, whever 
wants to pick it up) would be really nice though. I was once planning to do 
so but it again dropped off my TO-DO list, and it's not looking any better 
right now ;)

libattr support should be a lot easier than libacl support.
