I would like to upgrade as soon as possible so waiting for 2.6.11 hurts. I
am also reluctant to apply a rc?-patch to a productive kernel.

So I've retrieved the patch from http://acl.bestbits.at/nfsacl/2.6.10, the
kernel is building right now. But will it fix the problem of the vanishing
default ACLs?
