The relevant patches are in the bitkeeper tree; they apply cleanly to
2.6.10. I have extracted them and put them into
http://acl.bestbits.at/testing/2.6.10-fixes/.

No, you need the above mentioned fixes for that. The nfsacl patches are
just there so that people can get working nfsacls with more recent 2.6
kernels until they are in mainline.
