Thanks, I think that is the easiest way to do it even if I don't use
the nfsacl part.

The command for to patch the kernel should be:

  gzip -d ea+acl+nfsacl+sec.diff.gz ; patch -p1 <
ea+acl+nfsacl+sec-2.4.29-0.8.72.diff

if I recall well.

How about applying the combined ea+acl+nfsacl+sec patch?
