About: Avidemux is a graphical tool to edit videos. It can open AVI,
openDML, MPEG, Nuppelvideo, and BMPs. Most common codecs are supported
(M-JPEG, MPEG, DivX, Xvid, huffyuv, WMA, etc.) thanks to libavcodec and
libmpeg2. Video can be edited, cut, appended, filtered
(resize/crop/denoise), and re-encoded to either AVI (MPEG4/MJPEG) or MPEG
1/2. The Spidermonkey Javascript engine is used to give powerful scripting
capabilities.

Changes: Many bugs have been fixed. There are some i18n improvements,
especially for Windows, with French and Russian up to date.

About: ccHost is a Web-based infrastructure that may be used to host and
allow for commenting, remixing, and distribution globally. The more
installations of ccHost and its variations, the more content there will be
available for enjoyment and artistic re-use in a sane and legal setting.
ccHost is what is used for the infamous Creative Commons CC Mixter project
which supports legal media sharing and remixing. 

Changes: This release is primarily aimed at making admins' lives easier.
User enhancements include showing the last updated date, a "What I look
for/use" browser, and alphabetical browsing of people. Admin features
include paths admin for specifying per-installation paths, major sample
pool optimizations, site disabling, email notifications on moderation, a

About: eispice is a ground-up re-write of the Berkley Spice 3 Simulation
engine. It contains a subset of standard spice device models and commands
and a set of unique models and commands that are targeted towards PCB
level Signal Integrity Simulation. It should run faster than Berkley Spice
3 for most SI simulations. It runs in batch mode only (i.e. no nutmeg).
Gnuplot can be used to produce plots.

Changes: This release adds while, if, error, print, save, echo, param, and
write commands. It also adds a prototype measure command, which only
supports overshoot for now. Support for multiple runs on the same deck
(using the while, if, and param commands) was added, and some changes to
internal data structures were made.

About: FCCU GNU/Linux Forensic Bootable CD is a  bootable CD based on
KNOPPIX that contains  a lot of tools suitable for computer forensic 
investigatins, including bash scripts. Its main  purpose is to create
images of devices prior to  analysis, and it is used by the Belgian
Federal  Computer Crime Unit.

Changes: This release adds a new set of tools that allow an investigator
to capture the memory from another host trough the Firewire bus, even if
the target host is an MS Windows box. A new tool to retrieve images from
Thumbs.db (MS win thumbnails cache) was added. Rdd, a new forensic image
acquisition tool, was added. A lot of other tools were added and upgraded.

About: L7-filter is a Netfilter match module which classifies packets
based on application layer (OSI layer 7) data. This means that it is able
to classify packets as HTTP, FTP, Gnucleus, Kazaa, etc., regardless of

allows for full layer 7 packet shaping.

Changes: The game now runs on all screen resolutions. It provides a log

About: VRaptor 2 is a Web-based MVC and IOC framework based on many
frameworks and ideas (Seam, Stripes, Webwork, Hibernate Annotations, etc).
It makes full use of Java 5 Annotations. It favors convention over

About: XSDBench is a W3C XML Schema benchmark that compares the
performance of validating XML parsers. It measures validation throughput,
statically-linked test executable size, and, where possible, peak heap and
stack memory usage during parsing. Tests and results for the following
parsers are provided: Apache Xerces-C++, CodeSynthesis XSD, GNOME Libxml2,
Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML), and Oracle XDK. 

Changes: Results for the following platforms and compilers are available:
GNU/Linux on AMD Opteron 244 with GCC 4.1.2, Windows on Intel Pentium 3
with VC++ 7.1, GNU/Linux on Intel Pentium 3 with Intel C/C++ 9.1,

About: The xterm program is the standard terminal emulator for the X
Window System. It provides DEC VT102/VT220 and Tektronix 4014 compatible
terminals for programs that can't use the window system directly. If the
underlying operating system supports terminal resizing capabilities (for
example, the SIGWINCH signal in systems derived from 4.3bsd), xterm will
use the facilities to notify programs running in the window whenever it is
resized.

Changes: The breakage of dynamic colors from recent tek4014 restructuring
was fixed.
