About: Absolute Slackware is a fast Slackware derivative Linux
distribution that uses a Icewm and ROX-Filer window/file manager
combination. It comes with Firefox, The GIMP, MPlayer, K3B, Azureus, Gaim,
Frostwire, Gftp, StarDict, and many other titles all set up and ready to
run. Several utilities are included to ease configuration and management.
It is compatible with all Slackware 11 packages and can be installed just
like a Slackware disk, except that any choice of packages is removed, as
it just installs everything.

About: Diskless Remote Boot in Linux (DRBL) provides a diskless or
systemless environment for client machines. It works on Debian, Mandriva,
Red Hat, Fedora, and SuSE. Unlike LTSP, it uses distributed hardware
resources and makes it possible for clients to fully access local
hardware. It also includes Clonezilla, a partitioning and disk cloning
utility similar to Symantec Ghost.

About: Tapestry JSCookMenu provides a component for the Apache Tapestry
Web framework that makes it possible to create JavaScript menus and
navigation sidebars easily with an arbitrary number of hierarchical pop up
sub menus. The famous JavaScript "JSCookMenu", written by Heng Yuan, is
encapsulated within the component. The component gives an easy
Tapestry-like programming interface to the Web developer. There are some
built-in themes for the look of the menu. There is a WYSIWYG tool
available to create sophisticated themes within minutes.
Changes: Better examples were probided. In order to validate XML, the DTD
is no longer loaded from the Internet as it is included in the package. An
issue where Tap 4.1 @EventListener and Tapestry JSCookMenu JavaModel didn't
work together was fixed. serviceLink was disabled in the XML version
because of incompatibilities between Tap40 and Tap41.

Changes: A rework of the way global changes were broadcast. An issue with

broken.

About: Wammu is a mobile phone manager that uses Gammu as its backend. It
works with any phone that Gammu supports, including many models from
Nokia, Siemens, and Alcatel. It has complete support (read, edit, delete,
copy) for contacts, todo, and calendar. It can read, save, and send SMS.
It includes an SMS composer for multi-part SMS messages, and it can
display SMS messages that include pictures. Currently, only text and
predefined bitmaps or sounds can be edited in the SMS composer. It can
export messages to an IMAP4 server (or other email storage).
Changes: This release fixes searching and many other bugs. The only new
feature worth of mentioning is that now column sorting is remembered.

About: The ZDT (Zhongwen Development Tool) is a program written to help
users study Mandarin Chinese. Users can create their own word lists and
quiz themselves using three different flashcard modes. There is also a
dictionary that can be used to search through the built in CEDICT (and
optional Adso) databases. Users can input Chinese characters and get the
associated pinyin and English definitions through the Annotation function.
This makes it convenient to read blocks of Chinese text. The program is
built on top of the Eclipse RCP platform, which allows it to be extendable
through its plugin architecture. It runs on Linux, OS X, and Windows
platforms.
Changes: Stroke order animations have been added. Built in Chinese IME
support. Updated flashcard capability. Updated help. Numerous bugfixes.
