About: Asymptote is a powerful descriptive vector graphics language for
technical drawing, inspired by MetaPost but with an improved C++-like
syntax. It provides for figures the same high-quality level of typesetting
that LaTeX does for scientific text. Asymptote is a programming language as
opposed to just a graphics program. It can exploit the best features of
script (command-driven) and graphical user interface (GUI) methods.
High-level graphics commands are implemented in the language itself,
allowing them to be easily tailored to specific applications.

Changes: An innovative graphical front end to Asymptote (xasy) has been
developed. The default LaTeX font is now package-dependent. Nesting
capacity overflows in arctime were fixed. The auto-scaling of graphs for
close minimum and maximum values was improved, the default tick format is
automatically adjusted to make tick labels unique, and a general
trailingzero format string was added. Robust versions of intersect and
intersectionpoints were implemented. A permissions bug was fixed. A
filltype argument was added to the dot routines. A discussion of the 3D
generalization of Hobby's algorithms was added.

About: clapf is an email content filter application. It includes a
statistical (inverse chi-square) anti-spam module, interfaces to several
anti-virus products, a minefield (blackhole), spam quarantine, support for
various RBL lists, training utilities, and much more. It can be used as an
after queue content filter with Postfix (including as an appliance) or via
a local delivery agent (LDA), preferably maildrop.

Changes: This release silently discards virus infected emails. The
attachment analysis code was removed. qcache was added to speed up the
spamicity query from MySQL or SQLite3 databases. You can now choose
whether to use LMTP or SMTP local delivery. The --disable-antispam option
was removed along with CDB support. A smarter configure script and
Makefile were provided. A lower cutoff value was added. A blacklist and an
auto-learning feature were implemented. Instead of putting message in an
SQL table, they are stored in a per-user directory. There is no need to
use maildrop unless using virtual users with spamdrop. Other small fixes
were made.

About: DKMS (Dynamic Kernel Module Support) is a framework where device
driver source can reside outside the kernel source tree so that it is very
easy to rebuild modules as you upgrade kernels. This allows Linux vendors
to provide driver drops without having to wait for new kernel releases (as
a stopgap before the code can make it back into the kernel), while also
taking out the guesswork for customers attempting to recompile modules for
new kernels. For veteran Linux users it also provides some advantages since
a separate framework for driver drops will remove kernel releases as a
blocking mechanism for distributing code.  

Changes: This release will call udevtrigger if it installs a module for
the  currently running kernel. It will uninstall from /extra before 
DEST_MODULE_LOCATION, and run depmod after  uninstallation.

About: Flexible Isometric Fallout-like Engine (FIFE) is a cross-platform
2D game creation framework. Games can be created with a combination of
engine, editor tools, game specific scripts, and game content (e.g. maps,
graphics, and sounds). The framework is not tied to any type of game (e.g.
RTS, RPG), but instead provides a flexible platform for all of them. It
supports different isometric views and a pure top-down view. Instead of
full 3D flexibility, the engine focuses mainly on using high quality 2D
graphics. This puts fewer demands on target platforms and also simplifies
the framework and game development.

Changes: lunar.h was replaced in favor of SWIG bindings. The Lua scripting
support was replaced with Python. Metamodel refactoring was undertaken,
resulting in a better engine structure and a decreased number of
dependencies between the engine modules. Engine modularity was improved.
Pathfinding integration was added along with a new 3D geometry system. The
camera supports now tilt, rotation, and zoom. A new event channel module
was added. Scripts have full access to mouse, keyboard, and widget input.
A new MVC architecture pattern was implemented. The action-based animation
system was improved. A tech demo was included to give game creators a
starting point.

analysis of track and waypoint data recorded with a GPS receiver. It
comprises the following applications: exifloc (determines the geolocation

About: vsdviewer is a MS Visio Drawing and Stencil (VSD/VSS) import filter
for the sK1 vector editor and UniConvertor. It can also be used as a
standalone viewer.

Changes: 'Shape Foreign' to 'Stencil Item' matching logic was improved. 
Attaching names to suitable Tree items was fixed. 'Tree View'  was
prepared to implement a feature similar to the  cdr_explorer InfoWindow.
VSD/VSS format documentation was  updated.

About: Zim is a WYSIWYG text editor written in Gtk2-Perl It aims to bring
the concept of a wiki to your desktop. Every page is saved as a text file
with wiki markup. Pages can contain links to other pages, and are saved
automatically. Creating a new page is as easy as linking to a non-existing
page. Pages are ordered in a hierarchical structure that gives it the look
and feel of an outliner. This tool is intended to keep track of TODO lists
or to serve as a personal scratch book.

Changes: This release fixes a bug that created new pages in non-existant 
namespaces as read-only, thus making it impossible to create  new
namespaces.

About: ZXID is a C library that implements the full  SAML 2.0 stack and
aims to implement all  popular federated ID management protocols  such as
Liberty ID-FF 1.2, WS-Federation, WS- Trust, and ID Web Services such as
Liberty ID- WSF 1.1 and 2.0. It is based on schema based  code generation,
resulting in an accurate  implementation. SWIG is used to offer  scripting
language interfaces such as Perl,  PHP, and Python, as well as Java. It
can act as  SP, IdP, WSC, and WSP.

Changes: Log levels 1 and 2 were added. Destination handling was fixed.
The preservation of whitespace and alphabetization of attributes is now
ensured in XML parsing and exc-xml-canon. ArtifactResolve, Logout, and MNI
requests are now signed over SOAP. An empty ns prefix for XML attributes
was fixed. The source IP is now printed in logs.
