About: AfterStep is a Window Manager for X which started by emulating the

to the requests of various users. Many adepts will tell you that NeXTSTEP

advantages of the NeXTSTEP interface, and add additional useful features.

Changes: Major bugfixes include a fix for a nasty ASDocGen recursion bug
that caused some problems on BSD. There is new functionality to support
rendering script outputs via ascompose, and various enhancements to a
large number of core and supplemental features.

About: AgileWiki is meant to create software systems which are fluid,
easily configured and can be reorganized on-the-fly to meet ever changing
requirements. It includes a COW-based database, the Rolonics programming
paradigm, and semantic inferencing.

Changes: A bug was found and fixed, where queries against a new
master.cowdb trunk were failing. A new account admin utility, ListUsers,
was added. Browse now supports several queries, along with an option
[protocol] to display the request/response documents. The COODBMS Web page
now contains additional documentation.

About: Ampache is a Web-based audio file manager. It allows you to view,
edit, and play your audio files via the Web. It has support for playlists,
artist and album views, album art, random play, playback via HTTP with
on-the-fly transcoding and downsampling, vote based playback, playback via
MPD and Icecast, an integrated Flash player, and per-user themes and song
play tracking. You can also link multiple Ampache servers together using
XML-RPC. Ampache supports gettext translations and has full translations
into many languages.

Changes: Some sweeping charset related changes were made. In order to
generate valid XML files, the charset of the filenames and song fields are
now strictly enforced. Democratic play has been fleshed out and is now
feature complete. Speed improvements were made across the board. The XML
API has a large number of additional fields and valid queries. You can
also now export your Catalog to a CSV file or an iTunes XML file.

About: BeeDiff is a graphical file comparator. It compares two text files
and highlights differences in colors. The program is simple, useful, and
efficient.

Changes: Automation for merging (merge all to right/to left) and deleting
(delete all on right/on left) operations was implemented. When both files
are identical (on load or after merging), the program displays
information. A new algorithm for synchronized scrolling was implemented.
The word comparing algorithm for changed lines has been completely
rewritten. Statistic updating after every operation was corrected.

About: BitlBee allows users to talk to people on the MSN, ICQ, Jabber,
Yahoo!, and AIM networks with any IRC client by emulating an IRC server. A
virtual channel is created with all of the user's buddies in it, who can be

chats and chat rooms like they were normal IRC channels.

Changes: A full rewrite of the Jabber module (including chatroom support),
improved (more secure) file format for user accounts and settings, a daemon
mode that runs all users in separate processes for extra security and
reliability, /OPER functionality so server operators have a little more
control over their BitlBee servers, major code cleanup, and other new

format has been changed. Use tools/config-pre-0.7-to-0.7.sh to convert
pre-0.7.x configurations. All tools have been renamed to begin with

This release updates todos, and changes the license to the GPLv3 (from the

About: fwknop implements an authorization scheme that requires only a
single encrypted packet to communicate various pieces of information,
including desired access through a Netfilter policy and/or specific
commands to execute on the target system. The main application of this
program is to protect services such as SSH with an additional layer of
security in order to make the exploitation of vulnerabilities much more
difficult. The authorization server works by passively monitoring
authorization packets via libpcap.

Changes: The "Salted__" prefix was removed from Crypt::CBC encrypted SPA
messages. More granular source IP and allowed IP tests were added so that
access to particular internal IP addresses can be excluded in
--Forward-access mode. A new keyword, INTERNAL_NET_ACCESS, is now parsed
from the access.conf file in order to implement these restrictions.
BLACKLIST functionality was added to allow source IP addresses to be
excluded from the authentication process easily. Firewall rule access
timeouts that are defined by the fwknop client were added. SHA-256 and
SHA-1 digest algorithms were added for replay attack detection.

HTML forms supporting many built-in validation types on server and client
sides. It prevents security attacks by discarding spoofed values, has

reformatting. It can be extended with custom control plug-ins. AJAX based
form submission, upload monitor progress bar, auto-complete text input,
automatic layout renderer, calendar date, CAPTCHA, Google Maps world

available.

Changes: The tabbed pages layout plug-in was enhanced to automatically
switch to the first page with invalid fields when the form is validated. A
bug was fixed to prevent that plug-in from switching to the first page when
the user hits Return on a text field of another page. Another bug was fixed
to prevent showing form resubmission alert messages when the user clicks on
a page tab. The main forms class was enhanced to implement the ONERROR
event, which allows applications to execute a custom browser side action

flora and was fox added again to the possibly met fauna. A local map was
implemented and the mini world map can be replaced on the HUD. A
sky-sphere lighting bug was fixed, along with other minor bugs.

About: JavaScript::Squish provides methods to compact Javascript source
down to only what is needed. It can remove all comments, put everything on
one line (semi-)safely, and remove extra whitespace. It breaks the process
down into individual steps, and one can pick and choose what parts to
complete to get a custom amount of compactness. It is distributed as a
Perl module and a handy bin script (so you don't need to know Perl to use
it, but you can do a lot more custom things if you do).

Changes: Bare regular expressions are now properly treated as strings, and
their contents are not squished. Statements not terminated by a semi-colon
were handled wrongly when join_all() was called.

About: LimeSurvey (formerly PHPSurveyor) is a Web application that
interacts with MySQL, MSSQL, or Postgres to develop surveys, publish
surveys, and collect responses to surveys. Once a survey has been created,
data can be inserted into the survey either by a "pretty" public screen
which presents each question one at a time, or by a quick and nasty data
entry screen. It includes the capacity to generate individualized

to 32 for those with really fast machines. All baseline methods of image
