About: With Tahoe, you can store your files in a distributed way across a
set of computers, such that if some of the computers fail or become
unavailable, you can still retrieve your data from the remaining computers.
You can also securely share your files with other users. The source code is
dual licenced under the GPL and the Transitive Grace Period Public Licence.
Changes: This release adds a repairer, an efficient backup command,
support for large files, an (S)FTP server, and much more. In addition to
the many new features of Tahoe itself, a crop of related projects have
sprung up, including Tahoe frontends for Windows and Macintosh, two
frontends written in JavaScript, a Tahoe plugin for duplicity, a Tahoe
plugin for TiddlyWiki, a project to create a new backup tool, CIFS/SMB
integration, an iPhone app, and three incomplete Tahoe frontends for FUSE.

About: bdec allows you to write specifications for existing binary formats
in a flexible XML based syntax, and have C decoders automatically generated
for you. It supports decoding to XML or Python objects, as well as
generating quality C decoders.
Changes: Compilation speedups (around five times) and Python decoding
speedups (up to 30 times). Compiled choices are now represented by an
'enum' and a 'union'. Expressions can now directly reference choice entries
to reference the decoded option. A new 'tips' section was added in the
documentation, which includes the ':' hidden entry hint. Entries whose
values are passed both in and out of an entry due to expressions were
fixed. Little endian fields with an expected value in compiled
specifications were fixed.

About: DynaStop is a utility to examine IPv4 based addresses for Exim and
procmail for the purpose of filtering based upon patterns defined by the
administrator. This can be a pivotal factor in email filtering and server
load management, since dynamic IP addresses are typically used for dial-up,

About: get_iplayer allows a user to download or stream any BBC iPlayer TV
program (H.264/Quicktime), ITVplayer TV programs (ASF/WMV), Hulu TV

About: GWintree is a GEDCOM-based genealogy program. It provides
facilities to record, view, edit, and merge data, and to produce charts,
family trees, and reports in a range of formats, including HTML. Charts can
show all relatives, ancestors only, or descendants only. HTML charts allow
you to click on a person in your HTML report to see where they are on the
chart. Automatic matching and merging of data between files is supported.
Changes: Several bugs have been fixed, including a failure to open some
gedcom files from ancestry.com. A routine has been added to trigger a
warning if an individual is being saved with the wrong sex. Support for
saving charts to two additional formats has been added, bring the number of
available formats to twelve.

About: JavaRebel is a JVM plugin (-javaagent) that enables you to reload
changes made to Java class files on the fly, saving developers the time
that it takes to redeploy an application or perform a container restart. It
is a generic solution that works for Java EE and Java standalone
applications.
Changes: This release improves the initial class loading and
initialization to the point where startup with and without JavaRebel
shouldnt be noticeably different anymore (the instrumentation time for one
class is under 5 ms). With per-application rebel.xml configuration files,
you can develop applications deployed as WAR or EAR as if they were fully
exploded, without any intervening build process. The compatibility layer
has been rewritten largely from scratch to completely mimic uninstrumented
Java classes. This should ensure that anyone can take JavaRebel and start
using it in minutes without any problems.

lightweight components for scientific/distributed computing that includes
packages for multidimensional arrays with extensive signal processing and

eigenvalue decomposition, and matrix inverses have been added -- the user
