I'm running FC3 with kernel 2.6.12-1.1372_FC3. My hardware is a 1.7GHz 
Pentium-M and an ATI Mobility FireGL T2 Card (IBM T41p). And my machine is 
running at 600Mhz right now and X is only using 2-6%. I am using the ATI 
fglrx 8.14.13 driver from livna.
