perl-Video-DVDRip can't find transcode

Hallo Matthias,

If I run "yum install perl-Video-DVDRip", I get an error message:

  Error: Missing Dependency: transcode >= 0.6.13 is needed by package 
perl-Video-DVDRip

If I run "yum install transcode", it draws a blank:

  No Match for argument: transcode
  Nothing to do

What could be going wrong?
