On my system the file is ok. So it must be another corruption by Apache on 
the mirror. Did you try on another mirror (or use the mirrorlist instead) ?

Not on my disk :) It's most likely apache (or rsync) again. Only matthias 
can fix this on a case by case basis. As I don't have access to the system 
(and clearly rsync is not detecting the problem either).

We should get a detailed analysis from HEAnet so it can be reported 
upstream if we ever want to fix this.
