There is a -safe-mode option which should start will all extensions disabled, FWIW. At least, there was, despite what --help may or may not say! FWIW, I did try rolling my own 1.5.0.1 TB based on my previously posted 1.5 SRPM and I got the OP's problem: tb just wouldn't start up (no window or anything, nor errors on the command line). I gave up :-/ I think I tried remi's as well, but that was the same. Is your 1.5 RPM you just linked to /actually/ just 1.5 or 1.5.0.1? -- [neil@fnx ~]# rm -f .signature [neil@fnx ~]# ls -l .signature ls: .signature: No such file or directory [neil@fnx ~]# exit
