Oooooh, I hadn't seen those! Looks very interesting :

Why not. But my goal is definitely not to encourage the use of closed
source proprietary drivers, as semi-recent ATI hardware already has
more than decent accelerated 3D support.

If anyone feels like having a go at it, I'll be more than happy to
review the resulting package and include it on freshrpms ;-)
