I rebuilt the freshrpms from 6

[justin@comatose ~]$ cat /etc/yum.repos.d/jlc.repo
[jlc]
name=jlc for Fedora $releasever - $basearch - jlc
#baseurl=file:///home/justin/rpmbuild/RPMS
baseurl=http://www.justinconover.com/pub/fedora/7/RPMS
failovermethod=priority
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0
protect=0

I did remove iwl3945 and added rmmod to /etc/rc.local to keep it out.

/sbin/rmmod iwl3945
