gentoo installation on CompaqServers DS10 6/466 and an 800 5/500

Hi, I've just acquired two Compaq Alpha Servers, a DS10 6/466 and an 800
5/500, and would like to try to install gentoo on them. This has
probably been asked a thousand times, but there isn't a FAQ of the list
available yet....so, are there any install how-to docs for alphas? 

Remembering that I'm a newbie on alpha, and on gentoo for that matter,
where should I start? I see, the gentoo site has good documentation, but
it looks to be all non-alpha.
