Well, we're all a little confused, so you're not alone. ;-)

Probably bugzilla is the best at the moment.  I'd like to get using
gentoo stable but it doesn't support the queries I need to be useful
yet.  I've mentioned this to the devs in charge but I don't think it's
changed yet.  Until that happens, keep using bugzilla.  I'll write
something to this list when we should start using gentoo-stable.
